Customers enquired about cutting height, border edge, additional battery, outdoor storage, going over rough ground, and cutting to the edge. In response to these enquiries, it was mentioned that the mower would experiment, hard borders of paving or gravel, walls and fences are the best options around the lawn, an additional battery can be bought, electronics shall be taken indoor, the blade needs to be gradually lowered and holes filled in if the grass is long to work well on rough ground, and the mower wouldn't cut to the edge if boundary sensors were off. Generally, customers seemed to be impressed with the simple setup and ease of use of the product, though some encountered battery issues and had to manually maintain the edges of the lawn.
