    Answer: The marble coated cooking plates measure 29 x 23 cm.
  • Question: Can I use this grill to cook leaner meat?

    Answer: Yes, the oil channel enables any excess fat or oils to easily drain off the food, perfect for cooking leaner meat.
  • Question: What power does this grill have?

    Answer: The grill features 1800 W power.
  • Question: Can I switch on 1 plate only?

    Answer: No, the dial operates both plates. You cannot adjust or alter temperature for individual plates.
  • Question: Is this grill PTFE coated?

    Answer: No, it is ceramic.
  • Question: Are the plates supposed to be hot in the OFF position?

    Answer: They get hot when it's on. When you turn it off, the plates stay hot for a bit of time and then cool down completely after 3 minutes.
  • Question: Which country is it made of?

    Answer: I am not sure which country this grill was made in, but it is distributed by UP global Sourcing in Manchester.
  • Question: What is the package size?

    Answer: I returned mine as it was faulty, so I cannot provide the package size.

    Answer: There is no temperature control on this unit.

    Answer: No, but I bought it anyway and changed the plug. In Sweden, I couldn't find a grill with ceramic plates, only Teflon which is not healthy.

    Answer: I bought it 1 year ago and now it's in the bin. It was not easy to clean and I was not happy with it.
