Developlus Color Oops Extra Strength Hair Color Remover is designed for those seeking to reverse previous hair color treatments. Users have shared various experiences, noting that it effectively removes unwanted hues like semi-permanent reds and blacks while preserving hair integrity. For instance, one reviewer appreciated its ability to bring their hair back to blonde after using darker dyes, highlighting the importance of proper application time for best results. The product is also praised for being gentle on hair compared to other options available. However, the distinct smell is a recurring point of caution, lasting a couple of weeks post-application.
