To use as a sitz bath in a bathtub, dissolve a 1/2 cup of the bath soak in the bathtub with 2-3 inches of warm water. To use a sitz bath, dissolve 1-2 tablespoons in sitz basin (sold separately) in 2-3 inches of warm water. Soak the perineal area for 15-20 minutes. |
