Foreign Language Materials Editorial Review

The Republic, a classic by Plato, has been reprinted by Penguin Classics. The footnotes help the reader to understand the arguments made by Plato, who can be a little confusing at times. Although Plato seems preoccupied with mathematical proofs and stars to explain various events, the editors do an admirable job in helping explain the confusion. The book is recommended for teenagers as it is great for explaining the inConsistent behavior we are all surrounded by. However, there were issues with delivery, with delays and damage to the book reported by some customers. Some people also received a version of the book that looked like a counterfeit. Overall, though, people who received the book in good condition found it to be a good book to add to a book collection and an excellent read.
