XCEL Water Booties & Socks Editorial Review
The XCEL Drylock Split Toe Boot 3mm has garnered positive feedback for its durability, comfort, and effectiveness in keeping feet warm in colder water temperatures. Many users appreciate the boot's performance, noting that it maintains comfort even in water as cold as the mid-50s Fahrenheit. The design, which features a split toe, also seems to appeal to a segment of water sport enthusiasts who prefer this style for better board feel. However, there are notable inConsistencies in sizing, as multiple customers reported issues where the boots received did not match the size they ordered. For instance, one customer found that the boots were labeled as size 9 1/2 but were, in reality, size 9. Another customer experienced a similar problem when the size 8 they ordered felt too small compared to their previous XCEL boot. This inConsistency in size has led to some dissatisfaction, requiring customers to return items without being able to try them during use. Overall, the XCEL Drylock Split Toe Boot 3mm is well-regarded for its performance in cold conditions, but potential buyers should be cautious about sizing discrepancies. **
