Description says it can be shipped to apo, however once it's in the cart, it says it cannot. so can you or can you not ship to apo?
Answer: Generally speaking, we ship the case by FedEx or UPS. However the APO address could only accept USPS delivery and it will increase the shipping a lot. If you'd like to have the case to be shipped to an APO address, I will suggest you to contact the seller directly and ask for the quotation of the shipping. -

Answer: Not really sure what you mean by suspension, but the interior of the case is nicely padded. I feel very secure carrying my 200+ year old violin in it. -
