SKLZ Core Sliders 02914 Editorial Review

The Slidez sliders come in two different models, one for slick flooring and the other for carpets. The yellow standard is for carpet, and the court with black foam is for flooring with grip. These sliders are not recommended for tile, rubber or concrete floors as they may scratch or cause damage. They are comfortable and much more preferable to knee pads. The downside to these sliders is that the plastic is not so durable and wears out easily. Additionally, the felt on the sliders is prone to pilling after just a couple of carpet uses. These sliders are great for core and upper body workouts and a good option for home exercises.
