It is good quality and sturdy with a metal casing and tempered glass front. The product has a few functions including countdown which can be tricky to change between but it can be either a counter or a timer. The remote is included but the battery is not. The product is reasonably priced but some may think it should be cheaper. There were some issues with instruction quality, a hard-to-change timer mode, and poor remote functionality.
