Rolflex Foam Rollers Editorial Review
Rolflex + Upgraded Knobble Roller is an innovative massage roller designed for whole body recovery using a unique rolling technique. Users appreciate the ability to adjust pressure, as it effectively targets pressure points, leading to relief from muscle tension. However, some find it challenging to manage the roller during use, especially when trying to maintain specific angles on certain body parts like the legs. The customizable feature, allowing users to switch out the yellow massager piece, adds versatility. Overall, while it is a solid recovery aid, it does have a learning curve for optimal usage.
