Question:
When I turned this off after one night of use the body was very hot. Is this standard with this model? I am worried about the motor burning out.
Answer: Ours gets hot after running all night, too. It is reassuring to know about the internal fuse that will shut off the device if it overheats. -
Question:
For a conference room and privacy does machine go inside room or just outside the room?
Answer: We would recommend starting with placing the Dohm Uno outside of the door. If that doesn't help then try placing it inside the room. There is no right or wrong place to put the Dohm Uno. It's all about personal preference. -
Question:
Can this be cleaned? Keeps coming on or off. Possible there is something wrong with the button that turns it on.
Answer: There are 4 screws at the bottom of the device that you can unscrew to access the inside and gently clean the components. If the plastic cover on top is removable, you can also access the inside of the device from the top. Please be careful when cleaning the device. -
Question:
Does this have a backup battery that kicks in automatically if the power goes out?
Answer: Our Dohm Uno does not have a battery backup, but we have other battery-operated options like the GO, Hushh, or Rohm that will continue to run with or without power. -
Question:
How do I get a refund or replacement since using it only 12 weeks and it stopped working?
Answer: If you locally bought the product, returning it should be easy. Please contact the place of purchase for refund or replacement. -
Question:
Can this be brought onto a plane?
Answer: Yes, you can bring it onto a plane. However, try to secure it properly to avoid rattling during transportation. -
Question:
Mine is making a rattling sound. What can I do to fix it?
Answer: You can try cleaning it with a vacuum as dust may accumulate and cause the rattling sound. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance. -

Where is this item made?
Answer: The Dohm Uno is assembled in the USA. -
Question:
Regarding charging: Does this require you to purchase batteries separately, or is there a battery in the unit? How long does a charge last?
Answer: The Dohm Uno does not use batteries and does not have a rechargeable battery. It must be plugged into an outlet to run.
