Romance Editorial Review
**** "Not Your Romeo & Juliet" presents a mixed bag of customer experiences, with viewers divided over its merits. On one side, some audience members found the film to be a delightful family comedy that delivers clever humor and strong character development, particularly praising the character of Mikki's mom, Toni, for her relatable midlife struggles and wisdom. This film has been noted for its ability to engage audiences with well-written dialogues and fun plot twists that resonate on a personal level. Fans contend it is a perfect choice for a family movie night, free of any objectionable content, making it appropriate for viewers of all ages. On the other hand, there are dissenting opinions that criticize the film for its perceived low production quality, particularly in acting. A handful of viewers have expressed their disappointment, claiming the film falls flat due to its lackluster performances, and some even reported wanting to turn off the movie midway. Despite these critiques, others counter that the clever writing more than compensates for any shortcomings in acting. Overall, it seems the film has found favor with audiences who appreciate light-hearted, family-oriented narratives, but it clearly does not resonate with everyone, especially those with higher expectations for performance quality. **
