  • Question: Can I use this with a wired mouse?

    Answer: No, this pouch is only compatible with wireless mice.
  • Question: Can the pouch hold other small items besides a mouse?

    Answer: The pouch is designed to hold a mouse but can also hold other small items that fit within the Lycra sleeve.
  • Question: Can the pouch be repositioned once it's been stuck to the device?

    Answer: It is not recommended to frequently remove and re-attach the holder as it may weaken the adhesive over time.
  • Question: Mouse pad not holding, how to resolve?

    Answer: Clean the surface of the laptop with alcohol and after it dried stick the pouch on and press it carefully back in place. Leave it overnight, without the mouse in it. Now it’s set and has stayed in place even tho I put the mouse in and out at least 12 times a day.
  • Question: How to safely remove the pouch from laptop?

    Answer: Pry it off, little by little. A flat plastic spatula worked best.
  • Question: Will it stick on Asus "fingerprint resistant" texture laptop?

    Answer: This will stick as long as it is not inverted or uprighted. As long as it is laying flat, with the sticky side down, it’s fine. After about 20 minutes of my laptop being open the empty mouse holder fell off the laptop and will not stay stuck on.
  • Question: Does it support surface arc mouse?

    Answer: From looking at pictures of surface arc I’d say probably not.
  • Question: Will it fit a small external hard drive?

    Answer: The size of our mouse holder is 3.5*5.5 inch. You can check the size of your external hard drive.
  • Question: Would a regular size logitech wireless mouse fit-not slim version?

    Answer: Smaller, non slim, mice will fit in the pouch. You may not be able to get a larger mouse in this pouch, though.
  • Question: Will it stick on cloth case material?

    Answer: Yes, it will be OK.
