MCS Poster Frames Editorial Review
The MCS 65534 Original Poster Frame is a decent option for displaying posters and artwork. The frame comes with a clear plastic front piece, although it is not as sturdy as plexiglass. It can work for matted artwork, but some customers have noted that the corners may not be as tight due to the thickness of the matting. If your artwork is valuable, it may be worth investing in a higher quality frame with non-glare picture glass. The frame is suitable for puzzles that are 16 x 20 in size and has enough depth to accommodate the thickness of a puzzle. However, for gesso boards, it would depend on the type of board. The frame is snap-in-place, so if the gesso board is thin and flat, it should work. The clear plastic on the frame is approximately 1/32 of an inch thick, which may be Considered thin by some customers. Overall, the MCS 65534 Original Poster Frame is a budget-friendly option for displaying posters and artwork. However, there have been concerns about the fragile plastic cover, with reports of cracked and scratched plexiglass. It is important to note that some customers have received damaged frames upon delivery.
