The LG Velvet 5G is a smartphone that has similar hardware for both the AT&T and T-Mobile versions. Customers received a new phone with necessary accessories and manuals; however, there were some issues with the phone not working or lasting as long on a charge. Some issues with the phone include poor battery life, fingerprint sensor not working, and the phone not powering up. Some customers also claimed that the phone was marketed as new but came in a box with obvious signs of being opened before. However, the LG Velvet 5G still received credit for its great design, fast processor, and fluid operation. The phone sells for a good price, but it may need a few tweaks and updates to reach the same level as competitor OnePlus 8T.
