Cashel Protective Gear FBA_CG-BLA Editorial Review
The Cashel Bit Cheek Guard is a pair of lightweight and soft guards designed to protect the shanks of the bit from a horse's lower lips. The guards have Velcro closures, making them easy to put on. They are recommended for horses with sensitive skin. However, some customers have experienced issues with the Velcro closures, with one reviewer mentioning that they lost one of the guards. Another review mentions that the Velcro comes undone easily, which can be frustrating. There were also complaints about the size of the guards, with one customer feeling that they were too big for their barrel horse. Overall, the Cashel Bit Cheek Guard seems to be a hit or miss product. While some customers found it to be perfect for their needs and liked its lightweight and soft design, others were disappointed with the quality of the Velcro closures and the sizing. It may be worth Considering alternative options if a more secure and correctly sized cheek guard is desired.
