This LEGO 45303 motor does not work to steer but only to make the bot move when plugged in properly. Compatibility with Mindstorms 51515 is uncertain. A customer who bought this product for their son's First Lego League Jr. team could only use one motor with the controller because it only had 2 plug-ins and they needed to use a sensor. Another customer needed another motor for a project and stated that it works fine. However, one customer received an envelope with no motor inside. Despite the high cost of Lego products, customers seem to generally be satisfied with the quality of this motor as an excellent and nice product that worked perfectly.
