Stamina Exercise Bikes 15-0125 Editorial Review
The Stamina 15-0125 InStride Folding Cycle is a well-made, compact machine that is perfect for seniors or those recovering from surgery. It is easy to use, portable, and lightweight. The machine has adjustable tension, and while it technically has infinitely variable resistance, it will get hot and start whistling if it is too tight. The product has rubber legs to help stabilize it, and while it has no noise, it may slip on wooden floors without the use of a rubberized mat. It is perfect for getting circulation to the legs and toning the arms, but it is not good for raising heart rate or burning calories like aerobics. There were some concerns with missing or broken parts, wobbling pedal shaft, and being too tall to use at an office desk. On the whole, customers loved the product and found it part of their everyday lifestyle, great for physical therapy, rehab, and a great gift for seniors.
