Answer: I was able to fit this board when attached to the PI into several standard PI enclosures. However, you need to watch out for the height of components that you place on this board, as that will be the determining factor for the fit -

How much current can these handle on the 5 V rails?
Answer: 1.5A -

Can i use this with the zero w version of the rpi?
Answer: I seriously doubt that this board would marry well with the zero. I tend to believe the description: 'Suitable for Raspberry Pi 1 Model B+ / Pi 2 Model B / Pi 3 Model B / Pi 1 Model A+' and would also observe that the mounting configuration would not match and DIY board width is wider than the zero. I suspect a hack focused on the pins might make it work but it's clearly not designed for use with the zero. -

Will this have problems when used with a 3b+? the poe pins are my concern.
