Seeing as this is so good & nourishing for the skin, can it be applied to the face and neck?
Answer: The pot says 'For use all over the body; dermatologically tested; avoid contact with the eyes; do not use on damaged or broken skin'. This suggests that it would be ok to use on the face and neck. However, the skin on the face tends to be more sensitive than elsewhere and that is why most people use a face cream specifically meant for the face. It is also why face creams are much more expensive than body lotions. A lot depends on whether you have sensitive skin. I would suggest trying a small blob on your neck and see what happens. -

Answer: Personal choice really. I prefer the consistency or the balm for night time. I also take a magnesium capsule to strengthen effect. -

Does this butter contain lanolin in any form?
Answer: As far as I can see from the list of ingredients, it doesn't contain lanolin. But I don't know all the possible other names for lanolin so I suggest you contact the makers: www.betteryou.com to be certain. It's a nice, easily absorbed product and I use it daily. -

I had to use about 40mls in one go on my legs for it to stop my cramps. Is it ok to use this much a night?
Answer: Yes it is ok to use that much at night but you may also wish to look at one of our higher strength Magnesium products such as our Magnesium Oil Body Spray or Magnesium Gel
