The Windsor Glider and Ottoman is a wooden chair with gray cloth cushions. The seat height is 26 inches from the top of the cushion. The chair cushion is about 2 inches thick. Cleaning the chair requires spot cleaning the cushions as there are no zippers for removal. The lumbar pillow is the only cushion that can be taken out for washing. There is confusion in the FAQ section about the availability of replacement cushions, however, washing the covers every other week has kept them clean. The glider is quiet and comfortable, but the chair is not very sturdy and may only last for about a year. The padding becomes flat with time and usage. It is difficult to assemble, and some customers claimed it was cheaply made and uncomfortable. One customer gifted it and was happy with its soft material and gliding motion.
