The GXMMAT Large Exercise Mat is a heavy mat that provides good cushioning for working out, making it suitable for activities such as cardio, HIT, pylo, pushups, moving around and burpees. The mat is appropriate for use under an elliptical machine on carpet, damp cleaning it is only requires water or Norwex cloths. The mat has a bit of texture to it, making it good for dancing. The mat only comes in black and has a diameter of around 8"-10" when rolled up. In terms of customer experience, most customers have positive review on this product. A number of reviewers have claimed that the mat is good for use in home gyms, providing excellent cushioning and reducing the amount of sweat that gets to the carpet.
