Answer: No it did not have an applicator -

Is it supposed to hurt like a burn feeling after it's inserted?
Answer: It may burn in some woman depending on the level of dryness/irritation you already have. It has only happened to me one time and that was when I was having a lot of dryness/irritation for a couple days prior. Usually it doesn’t burn. This product has helped me a lot. It does take time to repair the tissue. I can only speak for myself, but if it keeps burning after the first couple times you use it maybe it just isn’t right for you. Every woman’s body reacts differently to many things, especially in such a sensitive area. Good luck! -

Answer: Hello ours is the Canadian version. It is made in Italy for the Canadian marker. It meets all Health Canada manufacturing requirements. -

Is the hyaluronic acid vegan?
Answer: Not sure. I know it is naturally found in our human bodies, and the kind that doctors inject in arthritic knees comes from rooster combs? So maybe not vegan. -

It says the third box is free. I ordered three and my box was not free after the sale was completed. How do you get the free third box?
Answer: When I bought they did not have the offer. -

Does your partner notice any smell or taste from this product?
Answer: I had the same concern which we spoke about before I bought it so we continued that conversation when I got it! I don’t use it on the nights that we are intimate, but we did check it all out No smell. No taste.
