San Ignacio Industrial Repostero Caramel Editorial Review
The San Ignacio Dulce de Leche Pastry is a creamy caramel spread with a homogeneous Consistency perfect for desserts and breakfasts. The brand's dulce de leche repostero comes in a can with a plastic lid for resealment and can last for a couple of months without getting mold if refrigerated after opening and following instructions. Customers have found it to be excellent for making alfajores and piping on cakes as it is thick enough to hold its shape. The product is shipped from Chicago and not necessarily kosher certified. Overall, the San Ignacio Dulce de Leche Pastry has been well received by customers for its taste and versatility. Its convenient packaging and resealment options have also been praised. However, some customers have noted that the product is not officially kosher certified and therefore not suitable for all dietary restrictions.
