De Cecco Pappardelle Noodles are a thicker, wider version of fettuccine with a lovely texture that works well in a variety of dishes. If pre-cooked in salted water, the noodles hold sauces well even though the ridges do not go across the noodles. Although, not gluten-free, this noodle is delicious and flavorful, nonetheless. It is an extruded pasta that is versatile and a good pasta to use for alfredo sauce and chicken.
