Aqua Crest Faucets Filter Cartridge is a replacement filter for Brita Faucet Filter that offers good quality filtration and is a cheaper alternative. The filter uses efficient coconut carbon block for ultimate purification by removing harmful contaminants and improving the taste of water, but it is not as effective as the Brita filter in removing chemical or heavy metal contaminants. The light on the filter often burns out after some time, and the product usually lasts only for a month instead of the stated four months. The filter fits the Brita 35618 model, but it doesn't work with all threading on faucets and needs some rethreading. Overall, the filtration is great and life-span and quality are the same as OEM filters or leading brands.
